By purchasing any digital product, template, source file, or download from CasualDot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.

All products sold through CasualDot are digital goods delivered electronically. After successful payment, a private, time-limited download link is emailed to the address you provided at checkout.

• Download links remain active for a limited period (typically 30 days).
• You are responsible for entering a valid email address and downloading the file within the active window.
• If your download link expires or is lost, contact us and we may reissue it at our discretion.

By completing checkout you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

• You have reviewed the product description, preview media, and specifications before purchasing.
• You waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the fullest extent permitted by law, given the immediate delivery of digital content.
• No refund will be issued once payment is processed, whether or not you have downloaded the file.

This policy does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is defective, materially not as described, or the download is technically unusable, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the file.

Unless otherwise stated, every purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the downloaded assets for personal and commercial projects.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files, in whole or in part, with any third party.
• Upload the files to public marketplaces, template libraries, or asset repositories.
• Claim authorship of the files or represent them as your own original work.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Square). CasualDot does not store your full card details. All prices are shown in AUD unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required.

All content, source files, designs, and materials sold through CasualDot remain the intellectual property of CasualDot and its creators. Purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of, the underlying work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasualDot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
